Billing Procedures
There are approximately 16,070 customers within the City utility system. City Utilities can include Water, Sewer, Street Lights, Geothermal, and Fire Protection services. To accomplish billing on a monthly basis, customers' meters are read once each month, by area, throughout the month. This means that customers throughout the City will receive their bills on different dates throughout the month, and will have different due dates. Bills are due approximately 15 days from the billing date. Please see Water & Sewer rates.

Drop Boxes & Direct Payments
Drop Boxes have been installed in the following locations to provide convenience in paying utility bills. Payments dropped in these locations are
picked up three times per week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - and are processed the next business day. Please be aware that if your payment is late, drop box payments may delay our processing of your payment, and could result in a Final Notice, or possibly even a disconnection. There is also the option of direct payment: Utility Billing Bank Draft Authorization Form(PDF)
